"Failed State" sounds exactly like this old ash tree that fell on my shed the other day. I heard a crack and watched it topple. It exploded into a ton of pieces when it hit. It was standing rotten and decaying. I used to have a fair amount of them on my property but the ash borer has laid waste to them. 

And then Failed State gets wild and goes full tilt. Breakneck chaos. Squealing rumble, glitched gun fire, watching every TV in Target at the same time, yes please. 

The first minute and a half of "Red Black Forest" has a killer ambiance with a pulsing layer underneath and the epilepsy kicks in. Fuck, this cassette rules. Don't wait. Almost sold out.
