Storm Ross- the meridian (already dead tapes and records) review

First, doesn't that art from Swamp Thing jive with the Storm Ross album art? Goddamn, that is fire. 

Second, this is some of the best sounding transcendent psychedelic quasi 8-bit/ 16-bit video game music. I don't want to put this in a video game music hole because that doesn't do it justice at all but I've been playing the shit out of my Nintendo recently. Not afraid to jazz, go gentle psych, smoke some art rock. This thing rips and puts me in a good mood.
