I was driving one day and thinking how there are no bands that try to sound like Molested. I legit got home, and saw the announcement of the second Occulsed demo. I listened to it and it's so in the red that it seriously hurts to listen to. I was hoping that it was a bad upload and ordered it anyway. It's so fucked sounding. That 5 second solo on "Ceremonial Lifelessness" is so wild. I need the first demo if you are holding.

Anyhow, "Crepitation of Phlegethon" ups the ante over the second demo. Recording is much improved. Imagine Beherit meets Incantation. Find me a better album from 2021. Crepitation should be near the top of the best of lists along with the Antediluvian records are being totally fucked listens. Parts are totally primal and brutish. Highly recommend if you watch fantasy movies on mute while blasting blasphemous rippers.
